Activities in Property Management



Property management activities may be briefly outlined as follows:
§  Negotiating rental and conditions.

§  Ensure a good mix of tenants through the selection of tenants.

§  Optimize the income from the property, as well as increase the capital value of the property.

§  Try driving with the ownership of property owners based on viability.

§  Identifying possible redevelopment potential of the property.

§  Maximize the occupancy rate of the property management.

§  Determine rental rates, expenses and service charges.

§  Implementation strategy tenancy.

§  Implementation of advertising, promotion and publicity of the property.

§  Control the application of taxes associated with the property.

§  Ensure adequate insurance.

§  Maintain and improve the fabric of the building on schedule.

§  Manage contracts related to services available in the building.

§  Prepare a report on the property investment schedule.
